BCIHS announces 299 new units

BCIHS is thrilled to announce our latest project on Expo Blvd., a dynamic 29-storey rental building in Vancouver’s False Creek North neighborhood.

This building, operated by the BC Indigenous Housing Society and designed by Public Architecture, will feature 299 units committed to enhancing community living and affordability.

Housing Breakdown:

- 🛏️ 20% of units at shelter rates ($500-$1,140, based on family size)

- 🛏️ 50% of units at subsidized rents for incomes at or below the B.C. Housing threshold

- 🛏️ The remaining units at below-market rates to ensure more affordable options in the area

This initiative is part of a transformative land transfer agreement, aiming to foster inclusive communities right in the heart of the city. Stay tuned for more updates as we build a future where everyone has a place to call home.
