Keys, Transmitters, and Fobs
New Tenants
At the beginning of each tenancy, tenants will receive keys, fobs and parking transmitters (when applicable) for their building and unit access. There is a deposit for each fob. Transmitters are a one-time cost and vary by building.
New tenants will also pay a $10.00 fee for a Smart Card, which allows them to access in-building washing machines and dryers.
New tenants must sign a key/fob responsibility form, to be provided by the Property Manager.
Existing Tenants
For lost or stolen keys, fobs, and transmitters, the primary tenant must fill out a Maintenance Order Request Form to receive replacement keys, fobs or transmitters and submit it to Head Office.
Keys and fobs will only be issued to the registered occupants of the suite, 12 years and older.
Note: Please allow at least 4 business days for replacement requests to be processed and completed.
