Emergency Repairs

The emergency number is posted in the lobby of all BCIHS buildings.

Repairs are considered an emergency if the health or safety of a tenant is in danger, or if the building/property is put in immediate risk.

Emergency repairs include:

  • Major leaks in the pipes or roof

  • Damaged or blocked water, sewer pipes or plumbing fixtures

  • Electrical systems that post a danger or risk to life or property (example: exposed live wires)

    Defective locks that let anyone into the suite without a key
